How To Add/Remove Moderator To/From Convosight?

You must be an administrator to add or remove a moderator from Convosight. 

Adding a moderator

  1. Find group settings (⚙️), in the left panel on Homepage
  2. Go to the Add Moderators tab
  3. Find Add a new moderator button and click on it
  4. Enter moderator details
  5. Send Invite

Once you send an invite, the moderator will receive an email to accept the invite. Once they do so,they will be made a moderator on Convosight. 

Removing a moderator

  1. Find group settings (⚙️), In the left panel on Homepage
  2. Go to the Add Moderators tab
  3. Next to the Moderator’s name will have a three dots icon next to it
  4. Click on the icon and select remove

The moderator’s profile is removed, and they are removed from Convosight’s dashboard. This means that they won’t be able to work or see your group on Convosight. .
