Hi I am Adele McGregor Guillen from the UK. I am the founder and admin of two very large groups of female members over 40.
I started the tips and tricks group in order to figure out why my makeup wasn't making me look the way it used to. I wanted to be part of a community of women who understood this and maybe had some answers. My community is now huge, but despite this, it is a safe haven for women over 40 worldwide to come and post questions, give friendly but constructive advice, and offer recommendations as to what works for them and why. It truly is an inspirational group of women, which includes many experts in the field of beauty and skincare, all of whom actively provide great advice.

My achievements
- 1My many years as a Radio DJ has improved my media skills
- 2I manage a team of four moderators and keep them updated on any new facebook algorithm changes and policies
- 3I've created a FB group from scratch, and I've managed to grow it exponentially without any help or monetary investment.
- 4On winning a media competition, a UK airline company, Jet2, flew me to all their European destinations to promote them.
- 5I started playing Padel Tennis back in 2020 and I now play competitively in tournaments in Spain and the UK.
