API stands for application programming interface. Convosight uses the Facebook API which doesn't give any access to the personal information about groups or group members.
A Facebook admin has the authority to manage group roles and settings, edit the groups and add apps, create and delete posts, send messages to members, respond to and delete comments, remove and ban people from your group, make community rules, and more. Convosight does not have the access to any of these actions.
The average number of actions done by a member in the community per month shown as a percentage. For example, if the engagement rate is 300%, it means on an average, 3 actions are performed by a member in the community per month.
Activity rate is the average engagement (number of reactions and comments) a post is receiving by the members in the community. It is shown as a percentage. For example, if the activity rate is 70.45, it means on average there are 70 comments and reactions per post.
There are different types of posts (otherwise known as post types) for Facebook groups: video, photo, poll, question, event, text etc. Post type distribution depicts the numerical (percentage) and visual (pie chart) representation of what different types of posts published in your community across any month.
Engagement per post types shows you the numerical(percentage) and pictorial(pie chart) representation of the average engagement of each post type across any month. Together with Post Type Distribution you can see what post types perform best in your community.
